About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled by the Android application Ice Fishnote (package com.alburnum.pith) and its support website. The privacy contact for Ice Fishnote is support@alburnum-pith.pro.
Information in the app
The app stores information you enter or create in its local storage:
- Goal names, target amounts, currency labels, savings amounts and dates, pending entries, archive status and weekly plans.
- Fishing preferences, catch counts and the largest recorded length for each species.
- Safety Lab answers, results, learning progress and unfinished missions, plus introduction and app preferences.
These records display your goals, calculate balances and estimates, build charts, maintain your fishing journal and let you continue lessons. No account is required. The current app has no advertising or analytics SDK, no bank connection and no app-operated server receiving these records. The app does not ask for actual passwords, bank credentials or verification codes. Practice scenarios are fictional.
Android backup and transfer
Android may include app data in device backup or device-to-device transfer, depending on the device, account, operating system and backup settings. Ice Fishnote does not operate its own cloud synchronization service. You can manage system backups through your Android and account settings.
A CSV export is a readable copy of savings records, not an app restore file.
Retention and deletion
App records remain in the installation until you edit or delete them. In Settings, choose Delete all data and confirm to clear goals, savings, weekly plans, fishing catches and Safety Lab progress from the current installation. Some introduction or currency preferences may remain. You can use Android’s app storage controls to clear all installation data.
Previously exported or shared copies and system-managed backups are separate. Deleting app records does not recall exports or guarantee deletion of older device backups. Manage these copies with the service or person holding them.
Support correspondence is retained while needed to respond, resolve follow-up questions and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion by email; records required for an unresolved dispute or legal obligation may need to be retained.
Website and support messages
This website uses no application analytics scripts, advertising trackers, contact forms or embedded third-party media. It is delivered through a hosting server and Cloudflare. These services may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser information and security logs to serve the website, diagnose errors and protect it from abuse. Infrastructure providers may use cookies for security where enabled. This website does not receive your in-app savings or learning database.
If you email support, your email address, message and any attachments are handled by email providers and used to respond. Send only information needed for your request. Never send passwords, verification codes or bank details.
Security and your choices
The app relies on Android’s application storage isolation. It does not provide a password vault or promise application-level encryption of its savings database. Protect your device with a screen lock, system updates and appropriate backup settings. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
You can review, correct, export and delete savings records in the app. Because we do not receive your local database, support cannot retrieve or erase it remotely. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional access, correction, deletion or complaint rights.
Children’s privacy
The app does not require an account or ask for a child’s identity. Please do not include children’s personal information in support messages. If you believe such information was sent to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
