A little context helps.

If you are reporting a problem, include your app version, Android version and device model. Describe what you tried, what you expected and what happened.

A screenshot can help, but hide goal names, balances and any other personal information first.

Keep private details private.

Never send passwords, verification codes, payment details or bank statements. Support cannot access your local savings database, fishing journal or Safety Lab answers.

Looking after your records.

You can save or share a CSV from Settings. To clear local records, use Settings → Delete all data and confirm. Previously exported files and Android backups are managed separately.
